| GD Mitchell & Associates is looking for an experienced Property / Casualty Producer to help expand our Houston operations. The ideal cadidate will be targeting Middle Market commercial business in this area. Producer must have an understanding of how to new business and the ability to write Personal Lines. Producer must write at a minimum of $5000 in revenue per month. Producer must be willing to work on a trial basis of %50 commission for all new business written, until the monthly revenue of $5000 is successfully obtained for three months in a row, at which point will move to a salaried position, with full access to employee benefits with GD Mitchell & Associates.Employee Benefits for this position includes the following:Unlimited vacationGroup HealthLifeDentalVisionEmployee retention plan 5% vested interest in book of business for each $250,000 of revenue. Producer will be working from home. Must be professional in manner and attire. Must have access to the Internet as well as a cell phone. All policy servicing will be handled by the Colorado Springs servicing location. Must hold a valid current Texas P&C Producer License.
