We are looking for 3 qualified candidates in the Charlotte and surrounding areas.The property field inspector position is an essential position in the mortgage-backed asset preservation industry. The field inspector will serve as the local representative for various mortgage servicing companies and will be responsible for reporting the occupancy status of residential properties in the assigned territories. Our clients require that we conduct certain types of inspections which include ?Property Condition?, ?Occupancy Status?, ?Loss Drafts?, ?Bankruptcy?, ?Foreclosure?, and ?Delinquent Interviews?. Field inspectors are also required to perform Interior property inspections and to report properties that are found to be vacant for the first time in a timely manner. Inspections received by the field inspectors are required to be completed within a strictly specified timeframe. Inspections completed outside the allotted timeframes are subject to penalizations and deductions. Most inspections consists on taking a picture of the property and reporting visually observable characteristics.This position requires the following:?
